This service provides medications such as buprenorphine, methadone, or naltrexone to assist individuals experiencing opioid withdrawal. It creates a personalized medication and treatment strategy with the option for same-day dosing. Additionally, Narcan is available to help prevent overdose incidents. Services are delivered via a mobile unit located in the parking lot.
Intake Procedure: Individuals should visit in person, but it's advisable to arrive early as slots may fill up quickly. Tribal members and pregnant women are encouraged to call ahead for assistance.
Fees: All insurance plans are accepted, and there is no income requirement. The service also aids clients in registering for Apple Health through the Health Plan Finder.
