Fees: Participants may need to pay a participation fee for services, although those enrolled in WA Apple Health (Medicaid) may qualify for services without any fee.

Who can use this

The program is tailored for older adults and individuals with disabilities, with eligibility criteria based on care needs and financial status. Generally, applicants must have a monthly income below $7,304 and countable resources not exceeding: $2,000 for a single adult, $57,547 for a couple, or $123,600 for a couple with one in a hospital or skilled nursing facility. Those exceeding resource limits may still qualify if they anticipate meeting the limit within a month of application. Applicants must demonstrate an unmet need for help with two or more daily living activities or have a cognitive impairment requiring assistance with at least one daily living activity.
