This initiative delivers community outreach, intake, assessment, and service connections, along with long-term intensive case management and recovery support services when necessary. It caters to both adults and youth dealing with substance use disorders.
Intake Process: Engage with the local program. Clients are usually referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, but all types of referrals are welcome.
Costs: There are no fees involved.
