About this resource
The program offers assistance to low-income adults aged 60 and older, along with low-income individuals who are terminally ill or disabled, in the preparation of their wills and other estate planning documents.
Intake Procedure: To determine eligibility, please call 360-671-6079.
Fees: A fee of $25 applies.
Who can use this
- Participants must be 60 years or older, terminally ill, or disabled, with an income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, and must reside in Whatcom County.
