This initiative delivers a community-oriented coordinated specialty care program aimed at youth and young adults who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. It offers a range of intensive, wraparound services designed to support individuals on their path to recovery.

- Individuals aged 15 to 40 in Whatcom County who are experiencing psychosis, with symptoms having appeared within the last week to two years.
