About this resource
This program provides nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance for pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of five who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants receive monthly food benefits and have the opportunity to obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call to determine eligibility and set an appointment. Follow-up visits are arranged every one to three months.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals, new and breastfeeding parents, infants, and children under five who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutrition risk, and they must be members of the Lummi Indian Tribe.
