About this resource
This initiative organizes volunteers to support older adults and individuals with functional disabilities in staying independent within their homes. Services provided include yard maintenance, grocery shopping, and housekeeping.
Intake Procedure: You can either call or fill out an online application.
Fees: Volunteers are not permitted to receive payment for their time.
Who can use this
- Residents of Whatcom County who are low-income, aged 60 and above, or those with functional disabilities lacking support from family, friends, or community resources.
