About this resource
This program delivers nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to expectant mothers, new parents, and children under the age of 5 who fall at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants are provided with monthly food benefits and can also obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.

Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutritional risk. Eligible individuals include pregnant women, postpartum parents, breastfeeding parents, and children under 5. Income eligibility is confirmed if applicants receive Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
