About this resource
This program offers guidance and resources for prenatal and postpartum health to Medicaid-enrolled pregnant individuals and provides support for their infants from 2-3 months old until their first birthday.
Intake Process: You can initiate services by calling or visiting in person. Assistance can be accessed at any point during pregnancy, delivery, or the postpartum phase.
Costs: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and can help clients with Medicaid enrollment if necessary.
Who can use this
- Individuals who are pregnant and qualify for WA Apple Health (Medicaid) are eligible, provided their income is below 210% of the Federal Poverty Level. New parents with an infant on WA Apple Health (Medicaid) can receive services until the child turns one.
