About this resource
This program offers assistance to children from birth to three years old through Early Intervention Services and the Ages and Stages Program, focusing on those with developmental delays or diagnoses.
Intake Procedure: To initiate an assessment, call or email lvargas@boostcollaborativewa.org. Community partners may also refer individuals to the program.
Fees: Costs vary, and medical insurance may be accepted.

- Children aged birth to 3 who have a documented developmental delay or a diagnosis that may lead to a delay, as verified by a medical professional.
