Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state with an income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and who face a nutritional risk are eligible. This includes pregnant or postpartum individuals, breastfeeding parents, and children under five. Those receiving Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF are considered income-eligible.
