Who can use this
- Eligible participants are low-income youth and young adults aged 14 to 24 who require assistance in completing educational programs or securing and maintaining employment, including those with basic literacy deficiencies, English language learners, school dropouts, homeless individuals, runaways, foster children, individuals with disabilities, pregnant or parenting youth, and those with criminal histories.
