This service offers unemployment insurance information through both phone and online channels, and you can access the unemployment insurance hotline and fax machine at your nearest WorkSource center.
Intake Procedure: To initiate a new unemployment claim or to reactivate an existing one, or to submit your weekly certification, reach out to the Unemployment Claims Center by phone or visit www.wa.esd.gov to file online.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.

- Individuals must qualify for unemployment benefits—Reach out to the TeleCenter for any questions regarding eligibility. WorkSource is a collaborative network of organizations dedicated to providing employment and training services.
