About this resource
The program assists individuals with developmental disabilities by offering community living services that enable them to reside in their own homes and communities.
Intake Process: Services are available either through a referral from the Division of Developmental Disabilities or through private payment options.
Costs: There are no fees for participants; the state of Washington covers costs through contracts. Admission depends on the program's current availability and/or the individual having a funding source for the necessary community residential services. If not referred by DDD, please inquire about private pay rates.
Who can use this
