About this resource
This program assists unpaid family caregivers by evaluating their needs and creating a care plan. It provides access to local resources, educational opportunities, training, durable medical equipment, in-home assistance, minor home modifications, and counseling services.

Fees: Services may be offered at no cost or with a minimal copay. Contact us for additional details.
Who can use this
- Unpaid caregivers aged 18 and older who care for individuals aged 18 and above, residing in Kittitas, Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Columbia, Garfield, or Asotin counties.
