Provides legal clinics that assist with the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, offering help with forms and reviews.
Intake Procedure: To schedule a clinic appointment, visit the website at https://nwirp.org/daca/register/ or call the local office. The clinics are free but require an appointment or pre-registration. Those interested in making an appointment should specify they wish to register for the DACA renewal legal clinic. Most of these appointments are conducted remotely via phone.
Fees: Both clinic appointments and DACA workshops are offered at no cost.
Who can use this
- Supports immigrants with existing DACA status who are seeking renewal, must reside in Washington state, and have a valid or recently expired work permit, with no new criminal history since their last renewal.
