About this resource
This organization provides assistance with naturalization and visa processes for low-income refugees and immigrants. It also handles petitions under the Violence Against Women Act and various immigration applications, including naturalization.
Intake Process: For those in King County, you should call 2-1-1 for an initial screening. After screening, NWIRP will reach out to you. For details on family petition workshops, contact the main office. Individuals in other counties should reach out directly to the office. Note that drop-in services are not available, and they cannot assist clients who already have an attorney for this matter.
Fees: All services provided by NWIRP are free.
Who can use this
- The organization aids immigrants, including undocumented individuals, asylum seekers, and refugees, as well as immigrant children facing abuse or neglect, typically serving those under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level with some flexibility.
