Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call, and the intake line can accept collect calls.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
Who can use this
- General adoption has no restrictions. For Special Needs Adoption, families must have a child under 18 who is legally free, has special needs, and is either in state-funded foster care or eligible for federal adoption assistance.
