About this resource
This initiative allows low-income first-time homebuyers to attain homeownership at a reasonable price. Participating families agree to a collective labor arrangement to assist in building their homes. Additionally, it provides loans for first-time buyers and support for down payments.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should either call to obtain an application packet by mail or download and print the application from the official website.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Participants must fulfill program criteria, including being a low-income household (earning at or below 80% of the County Area Median Income), completing homebuyer education, qualifying as a first-time buyer or not having owned a home in the past three years, and being willing to contribute labor during construction.
