Provides an array of services designed to help individuals manage daily living challenges and the influence of stress on their mood, behavior, and mental well-being. Available services include individual and group therapy, support for children aged 5 and under with Autism Spectrum Disorder, psychiatric care, medication management, and crisis intervention.

Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private insurance, and offers a sliding scale fee for clients without managed care or insurance.
Who can use this
- Counseling services are available for individuals of all ages. WISe: Children do not require a diagnosis for a referral, which can be made by another agency or through self-referral. Catholic Charities WISe services cater to Medicaid-eligible children from birth to age 5 who are facing challenging behaviors, require more intensive and personalized treatment, or are involved with various systems (e.g., mental health, developmental disabilities, protective services, or educational support). For more information on WISe referrals, contact Catholic Charities and request Counseling Records and Registration. ABA: For children aged 2-5 with autism, an ABA prescription, autism diagnosis, and a referral are necessary. Call for a complete list of required documents.
