Focuses on assisting individuals who have developmental disabilities alongside age-related challenges, including Dementia and Alzheimer's.
Intake Process: Services are available through referrals from the Division of Developmental Disabilities or via private payment.
Costs: There are no charges for participants; expenses are covered by contracts from the state of Washington. Admission depends on the program's current availability and whether the individual has a funding source for the necessary community residential services. If not referred by DDD, please inquire about private pay options.
