About this resource
This program assists low-income Medicare recipients in covering their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums, including co-pays and deductibles for those with very limited income.
Application Process: You can apply by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who are enrolled in Medicare and have an income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for the most assistance; those needing Part B premium help must be at or below 135%, while Part A assistance is for individuals with disabilities at 200%.
