This program offers financial support in the form of vouchers to aid qualifying households that are at or below the federal poverty guidelines in managing their energy expenses.
Intake Procedure: Call to arrange an appointment.

Who can use this
- Eligibility requires that the household's income be at or below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines. The amount of assistance is determined by family size, income, and energy usage history. Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and are available to residents of the Upper Yakima Valley or Grant and Adams counties.
