About this resource

Intake Procedure: To arrange a ride, individuals should call at least 5-7 business days in advance. Availability may affect ride scheduling.

Fees: The service accepts private payments and certain private health insurance plans. Medicaid clients should reach out to People for People for their non-emergency medical transportation needs. Out-of-pocket fees vary based on distance, so it’s advisable to call for further information. Those with private insurance are required to pay upfront and can later seek reimbursement from their insurance provider, with an invoice provided by the service.
