Who can use this
- To qualify, income must not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and countable resources should be $14,100 or less for individuals and $28,150 or less for married couples living together. Exempt resources include primary homes, life insurance policies, burial plots, vehicles in use, and specific distributions for Alaskan Natives from their corporations. Applicants must also be enrolled in a Medicare prescription drug plan (PDP) like Medicare Part D or a Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) that covers prescriptions.
