Intake Process: Stop by the store during operating hours. To schedule a low vision examination, please call for an appointment.
Costs: Medicare and various other insurances are accepted, as well as self-pay options. Individuals with low income may apply for financial assistance.
Who can use this
- Individuals must have vision of 20/40 or worse or experience visual field loss.
