This program offers a variety of targeted initiatives by collaborating with local organizations to deliver support and services from birth to adulthood for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
Intake Procedure: Begin by calling to arrange an appointment. After eligibility is confirmed via the Developmental Disability Administration (DDA), the Case Resource Manager can refer individuals to appropriate agencies.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
