About this resource
Offers non-emergency medical transportation for distant medical care, relocations due to domestic violence or human trafficking, support for military personnel, and disaster response services.
Intake Process: To request a flight, call or visit the website. Referrals can also come from medical or social service providers. All requests should be made at least seven days in advance. Each request is evaluated individually, and assistance is not guaranteed.
Costs: There are no fees. Users of the service may choose to donate to the program.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include those who are medically stable, fully ambulatory, and have a significant financial, geographical, or other reason for requiring a donated flight, with travel distances ranging from 101 to 899 miles.
