Intake Procedure: To apply, call or download the application from the website. Check the website for state-specific eligibility details and waitlist durations. Due to high call volumes, they cannot respond to inquiries about waitlist status. Applications may be limited to certain counties because of extended waitlists. Nevertheless, if you possess a physician's documentation indicating that your dental condition prevents you from receiving necessary medical care, you may apply even if your county's application process is closed.
