Intake Procedure: To get started, call or visit the website to make an appointment or gather more information. Walk-ins are accepted starting at 8:30 a.m., but those with appointments will be prioritized.
Travel/Location: The level of assistance available may vary based on the total amount of the bill.
Who can use this
- Applicants must live in Douglas or Elbert County and have received a shut-off notice. Service areas include Douglas and Elbert counties.
Documents you may need
- Must provide: Photo ID Proof of residency, if possible Social Security numbers for everyone in household, if possible Total household income Utility bill shut-off notice
