About this resource
This initiative provides financial support for overdue utility bills to prevent service disconnection, evaluated on an individual basis. When funds are available, it acts as a payment assistance agency for Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC) specifically for existing clients.
Intake Procedure: Individuals should walk in before 11:30 a.m. for help or can call for additional details.
Travel/Location: Services are available to individuals without documentation.

- Applicants must reside in one of the specified cities or zip codes: Parker, Elizabeth, Franktown, 80134, 80138, 80107, or 80116.
