About this resource
In collaboration with Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC), this program offers utility assistance to customers of Atmos Energy, Black Hills Energy, Colorado Natural Gas, and Xcel Energy.
Application Process: Individuals can visit the office during designated application hours to receive assistance. For those who cannot visit in person, a fillable PDF application can be requested via email.
Note: This program does not offer rental assistance.
Who can use this
- To qualify, individuals must be customers of one of the following energy providers: Atmos Energy, Black Hills Energy, Colorado Natural Gas, or Xcel Energy.
