This initiative supports individuals experiencing homelessness by facilitating their relocation to friends or family in different cities through various transportation options such as bus tickets, train tickets (when more economical), plane tickets (when more economical), and gas reimbursements for clients with reliable vehicles.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can either walk in for assistance or call for further details.
