Who can use this
- -Must not currently subscribe to Spectrum internet services -At least one household member must be enrolled in an assistance program such as the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the NSLP, or Supplemental Security Income (for applicants aged 65 and older).
