Who can use this
- -Must not currently subscribe to Spectrum internet services -At least one household member must be enrolled in one of the following assistance programs: National School Lunch Program (NSLP), Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the NSLP, or Supplemental Security Income (for applicants aged 65 and older only)
