The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) aims to promote the well-being of income-eligible pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children under the age of 5 by offering: an eWIC debit card for purchasing nutritious foods, tailored nutrition guidance, connections to community services, and breastfeeding assistance that includes: breast pumps and supplies, access to lactation specialists and peer counselors, breastfeeding resources, support groups, and educational classes.
To initiate the intake process, individuals can visit the provided link to book an appointment at their nearest clinic: coloradowic.gov/find-wic-clinic. Alternatively, they can complete an online referral form at healthinformatics.dphe.state.co.us/WICSignUp. A WIC representative will reach out within 10 days to determine eligibility and arrange an appointment.

- To qualify, applicants must reside in Colorado, meet specific income criteria, and be either currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or have recently given birth.

- Must provide: Identification for all family members applying for WIC Proof of address Proof of participation in Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or FDPIR (Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations), or proof of income (e.g. paystub, tax return, letter from employer) Baby's growth measurements (height and weight) and hemoglobin levels. Growth measurements must be within the last 60 days.
