This program delivers a wide array of support services for those in need, such as Aid to the Blind (AB), Aid to the Needy Disabled (AND), Child/Adult Protection Services (CPS/APS), Children's Health Plan Plus (CHP+), Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP), Medicaid, Old Age Pension (OAP), programs for seniors and individuals with disabilities, Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP), and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). To apply, individuals can either walk in to submit their application in person or complete it online at coloradopeak.secure.force.com.
