The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) aims to promote the well-being of eligible pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children under the age of five. The program offers an eWIC debit card for purchasing healthy foods, personalized nutrition guidance, referrals to community services, and breastfeeding support that includes breast pumps, supplies, lactation experts, peer counselors, and support groups. To apply, individuals can schedule an appointment with a nearby clinic through coloradowic.gov/find-wic-clinic or submit an online referral form at healthinformatics.dphe.state.co.us/WICSignUp.
