The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) aims to promote the well-being of income-eligible pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children under five years old. It offers an eWIC debit card for purchasing nutritious foods, personalized nutrition guidance, referrals to community resources, and breastfeeding support, which includes access to breast pumps, lactation specialists, peer counselors, support groups, and educational classes.
To apply, individuals should visit coloradowic.gov/find-wic-clinic to schedule an appointment at their nearest clinic or complete an online referral form at healthinformatics.dphe.state.co.us/WICSignUp. A WIC representative will reach out within 10 days to determine eligibility and assist in setting up an appointment.

- Must provide: Identification for all family members applying for WIC Proof of address Proof of participation in Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or FDPIR (Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations), or proof of income (e.g. paystub, tax return, letter from employer) Baby's growth measurements (height and weight) and hemoglobin levels. Growth measurements must be within the last 60 days.
