This program delivers case management and support services to individuals looking to purchase a home, achieve housing independence, or those who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness. It also focuses on identifying and helping to overcome obstacles to housing stability, enhancing access to community resources and support, and facilitating goal planning to promote long-term housing stability for individuals and families. Services are available in English.
