This program features a platform where qualifying veterans can show their interest in civil service job positions. Veterans are required to submit a resume, DD-214, and other relevant documents to indicate their employment interest.

- To qualify, individuals must have served on active duty in the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, or their Reserve Components, or have been active members of the Army National Guard, Air National Guard, New York Guard, or New York Naval Militia, and must have been honorably discharged after September 11, 2001. Additionally, veterans who received a letter from the New York State Department of Veterans' Services restoring access to state benefits under the Restoration of Honor Act are eligible.
