Who can use this
- To qualify, individuals must have served on active duty in the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, or their Reserve Components, or have been active members of the Army National Guard, Air National Guard, New York Guard, or New York Naval Militia, and must have been honorably discharged after September 11, 2001. Additionally, veterans who received a letter from the New York State Department of Veterans' Services restoring access to state benefits under the Restoration of Honor Act are eligible.
