Delivers housing in supervised group homes and offers training in essential daily living skills, social interaction, medication management, health services, assertiveness and self-advocacy training, community integration and resource development, rehabilitation counseling, skill enhancement services, parent education, symptom management, and substance abuse support. Staff qualifications are specifically outlined.
Intake Process: Clients are encouraged to call the agency for further information.
Fees: A fixed fee structure is in place, and Medicaid is accepted; clients must be able to cover the monthly program fee.
