This initiative provides accessible case management services for women who have faced trauma, are at risk of or diagnosed with HIV/Hepatitis B & C, or have a history of substance abuse. It helps connect them to medical and mental health services, trauma-informed housing, and benefits from the Department of Social Services. Additionally, it offers HIV testing, mental health and substance use evaluations, as well as on-site support groups and workshops that include life skills training and Seeking Safety.
