Fuel Fund is a program designed to assist individuals and families who surpass the HEAP Income guidelines by 20% through financial aid. Payments are made directly to heating service providers to help families navigate short-term financial challenges. The program also includes case management and referrals to RECAP’s Weatherization program. Please note that this program can help with the HEAP application process.
