Catholic Charities Steuben/Livingston Emergency Services - Hornell Site

Therapeutic foster homes are designed to support children with psychological, social, emotional, and behavioral health needs, fostering their ability to thrive in close family relationships. These homes cater to children whose unique requirements demand more specialized or therapeutic services. Additionally, the program recruits and trains individuals and families to become foster parents for children requiring out-of-home care.
