The court provides services based on the Muckleshoot Code of Laws and related ordinances for the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, its community, and all properties, resources, and territories under its authority.
Intake Procedure: Individuals should visit the court in person, contact them to acquire the necessary forms (petition, motion, or complaint), and pay a filing fee at the time of submission. While documents can be submitted electronically, any required payments must be made in person.
Fees: There are standard filing fees; additional charges vary based on the specific service provided.
