Intake Procedure: To get started, call to schedule an appointment, or visit the Superior Court Clerk window for help if you are there in person. Each appointment lasts for 30 minutes, and you must give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Fees: A fee of $25 is required to be paid to the Clerk's Office before your meeting with the Family Court Facilitator. Payments can be made in cash, cashier's checks, or money orders only. If you can provide proof of state assistance, the fee is reduced to $10.
