This program provides limited free civil legal assistance to individuals whose income is at or below 125% of the federal poverty level.
Intake Procedure: To request services, applicants must reside in Walla Walla or Columbia County and contact CLEAR (Northwest Justice Project) for a referral.
Fees: Any document fees are minimal and may be waived.

- Individuals facing civil legal issues in landlord-tenant, contract, consumer, or family law who meet the income criteria are eligible. Direct calls to BMAC for services are not permitted; a referral from CLEAR (Northwest Justice Project's attorney hotline) is required to access free legal aid.
