Idagap

IDAGAP is a State Prescription Assistance Program that offers additional coverage for Medicare Part D plans. To qualify, individuals must be residents of Idaho, HIV positive, eligible for Medicare, enrolled in a Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan, and have an income between 151% to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Those eligible for Low Income Assistance (LIS) must also be part of an Idaho HIV Medical Case Management Program. IDAGAP collaborates with all Idaho Medicare Part D Plans and adheres to their formularies, ensuring that any drug covered by a member's Medicare Drug plan is also covered by IDAGAP, while excluding Medicare Part D non-covered drugs. However, IDAGAP does not cover premiums.
